Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If you wish to return an item due to it being damaged / faulty, then just notify us, within 7 days of receipt, by email at JANIE@QUIRKY-GIFTS.COM, stating the order number and your reason for return.

 

Goods must be returned and received by us within 7 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.  Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded.  Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged whilst in transit.  Should all criteria be met, we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange. 

 

If goods are returned and received by us after 7 days of receipt, we will refund the cost of the order minus the costs of postage and packing charges paid.  The cost of returning the goods will be paid by you.

 

Please be aware: You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given.

 

If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged / faulty on delivery.

 

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning items.  In the event of an item being lost in transit to us, the proof of posting will be required in order for a refund to be processed.  This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless the item is damaged/faulty).

 

Exclusions:

There are no refunds for personalised or bespoke items unless a mistake has been made by us.  Please refer to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 – Exceptions to the right to cancel.
